Positive effects of breaks
Students who have adopted the break model usually give positive feedback.
GerryGelassen, for example, is also enthusiastic about the model of 45-minute work phases:

“Since I have been working according to the model of 45-minute work phases, I notice that I am much less stressed. I am simply not so tense at the end of the day and still have energy for a nice evening out. I also notice quite clearly that I remember more and am simply fitter at my desk.
