Reflection

You have now learned a lot about breaks.
We have prepared some questions for reflection and would like to invite you to answer them for yourself.
They are designed to help you reflect on your own work behaviour and integrate what you have learned in this module into your everyday study life.

  • When do I manage well to take regular breaks?

  • Do I sometimes forget to take breaks? If so, in which situations?

  • Does it sometimes happen to me that my breaks get longer and longer, with the result that the planned 5 minutes have suddenly turned into 2 hours?

  • Do I sometimes have problems getting back into the learning content after a break?

Perhaps these questions will make you aware of possible difficulties that you may encounter in implementing the strategies presented in this chapter.
