Instructions for PMR

We now offer you two ways to learn PMR: either step by step or at one go.
In the step-by-step instructions, we have divided the 16 muscle groups of PMR into six subgroups that you can get to know one after the other on consecutive days. The advantage here is that you have enough time to get to know each muscle group at rest and can practise the corresponding movement during the tension phase.
With the complete instructions, you learn the entire process “in one go”.
