Before you start to work with the PC, check you have done all the preparation.

• Does your poster have a title?
• Does your poster have authors and are the institute addresses noted as well?
• Do you have the logos as sufficiently high-quality files?
• Have you included all the texts, legends or keys and references in full?
• Have you finished all the figures?
• Do you have an idea of how big you want the figures to be?
• Have you done a first layout draft?
