Further intellectual property rights relevant to e-learning

In addition to copyright, other intellectual property rights play an important role in the structuring, implementation and evaluation of e-learning. This chapter deals with the right to one's own image as well as data protection and the use of personal data. In this way, the increasing importance of data protection is also taken into account in the public debate.
