On March 1, 2018, the new "Gesetz zur angeleichung des Urheberrechts an die aktuellen Erfordernisse der Wissensgesellschaft" (UrhWissG) came into force, which among other things regulates the publication of copyrighted materials. The following video (available in German language only) explains § 60a UrhG of the ELAN e.V. and illustrates how lecturers at the JLU can provide copyright-protected content to students in a legally compliant manner.
